This Mezzanine floor or first floor has living room, a common toilet area, a central circulation lobby, q lift, a bedroom with attached balcony, a kitchen, a pooja room & a study room. Just beside the entrance door of this floor, it has stairs to the upper floor, where it has a family sitting area, a bathroom, a central circulation space, a smaller bedroom with attached balcony, a bigger bedroom with a separate sitting area with attached balcony & toilet bathroom & a lift and a common toilet, where the ventilation to these bathrooms in front is maintained through an open to sky duct.

The terrace floor has a stair cabin, a small lift machine room & rest is the terrace area.
