Description

A Hotel Designed on a Plot of Size  164′-0″  X  150′-0″, abutting to a main road in North direction. This Hotel includes a Marriage Hall, a Marriage Garden, 72 Room with Attach Toilet, Reception, Back Office, SPA, Gymnasium, Kitchen, Store, Bar and Coffee Shop.

It is the building with foot Print in cruciform shape. Ground floor has a canopied drop and go area in front of the main entrance. It has a long stepped entrance and ramps too, which Provide access to a foyer space and then a waiting and reception area connected with a marriage garden of size 80′ x 75′.

It also has a marriage hall besides the entrance foyer which is also accessible through a ramp.

The central Marriage Garden has access to a restaurant which has a huge dinning area, a kitchen, service area, preparation area, and a store room. It also has a Gymnasium with separate changing rooms and toilets for Ladies and Gents, a SPA and has 5 suits with attached washroom cum Bathroom.

This floor also has two common toilets separate for Gents and Ladies.

This hotel has staircases connected floor to floor in the corners of rear side of the building.

1st floor has two different activity areas 1st is a dinning hall for the marriage garden below, which is accessed by staircase through the waiting area and 2nd one is the ‘C’ shaped area which has 19 suits with attached washroom & Bathroom which is accessed through the staircase in the rear corners.  And this floor has a cut out which provides an over looking area towards the marriage Garden below, from the passages/corridors in front of the suits.

2nd and 3rd floor have a typical floor plan, which has 24 suits per floor with attached washroom & Bathroom facilities. and on these floors also the cut out stays intact.

On every floor the ventilation of all the wash cum bathrooms is maintained through ducts which continue to the terrace floor.

Terrace floor has two stair cabins, a central cutout and the ducts which run through all the floors for ventilating the toilets in interiors.
