Description

A Hospital and Apartment Design on a rectangular Plot of Size 74′-6″  X  114′-10″(8553 sq.ft.) abutting to a main road in West direction.

This is a  G+2 structure, which is functioning with two different typologies i.e. as a Hospital and an Apartment at the same time. Both the typologies are separated by providing them, their own staircase and are not inter-connected in any case on any floor. It has a sufficient space for amenity like car parking.

Ground floor plan only works as a hospital where it has waiting/reception area with a common toilet, a pharmacy, 2 consultancy rooms (1 with attached toilet),1 emergency room or casualty, a Path Lab, a store room, a changing room for staff, and an I.C.U. for 7 beds with attached toilet. Each space on this floor is designed by considering the frequency of regular patients and emergency cases too. And it also has a stilt car parking space near staircase for apartment.

On first floor it almost has an equally distributed area for hospital with three special rooms, and three twin sharing rooms, and apartment which has a big hall connected with sufficient storage space, two bedrooms with  attached toilet/bath ,a Dinning area with spacious balcony and a kitchen.

While on second floor, hospital has 3 twin sharing rooms , 1 room with three beds and a special room all with attached toilets, with a spacious open terrace in front.  The flat on this floor is basically a 2BHK with a utility area and an open terrace making the space more airy and provides a viewing gallery too.

This can become a reference project for designing a composite building for providing two or more typologies in same building.
